Network Support Engineer
Job-Description / Primary Responsibilities:
Provide validation on network Infrastructure (SG folks will be performing P2 second set of eyes but will not have production access)
Perform network pre / post checks and requirements as required for planning, coordination, scheduling, execution, post validation and follow up tracking and resolution
Plan, coordinate, schedule planned refresh activity for network hardware, software and drift change deployments.
Partner with software, network and systems engineers across the organization to produce and roll out fixes and updated action plans.
