About the role
OCI/Client Architect
Job Description:
· Being part of the Avaloq Cloud Solution Architecture providing OCI/Client expertise providing Avaloq Banking Solution SaaS offering on OCI/DRCC
· Provide Architecture High Level Solution Design and Low Level Solution Design for onboarding banks on SaaS
· Translating project-specific needs into a cloud structure that will suit those needs and considering the project needs in terms of resource usage and scalability.
· Provide run cost estimations based on Architecture Solution Design
· Designing the cloud environment from a holistic point of view, ensuring it meets all of the company's requirements.
· Configure and setup the IaaS/PaaS on OCI/DRCC to deploy the Avaloq Banking Solution.
· Working with business clients to understand their needs and to implement the cloud strategies designed to meet those needs.
· Conducting migration, where necessary, to bring tools and other elements into the cloud.
Role Requirements
· Bachelor’s degree in information technology or equivalent
· Hands-on experience with OCI/Client cloud is mandatory·
· OCI certified Solution Architect
· Experienced working with Terraform
· Excellent scripting skills with Unix shell , PowerShell and python etc.
· Experience with continuous integration/delivery (Git, Jenkins, GitLab CI)
· Fluent in English language is a must
· Working location Switzerland (Bioggio)
· Team player
