• · Work in 24/7 Shifts on Monthly rotation (Morning, Evening and Night shifts)

• · Good knowledge and demonstrated technical proficiency in MS Exchange, Office 365 Outlook/Exchange online Support experience of investigating complex Exchange online issues relating to performance, administration, configuration and customization ·

• · Good in writing power shell Scripts for Exchange environment.

• · Building Exchange servers and setup Transport rule and connectors

• · Experience of using support, troubleshooting, and monitoring tools ·

• · Strong knowledge and experience in Office 365 Security and Compliance ·

• · Managing anti-malware and anti-spam policies

• · Enabling external mail flow topologies for partners, applications and internal devices

• · Configuring Advanced Threat Protection (ATP) safe attachments and safe links

• · Enabling and managing Legal hold

• · Configuring Data Loss Prevention, client access rules and Personal archive policies.

• · Configuring ActiveSync and Mobile Device Management using the web UI and Windows PowerShell

• · Configure Good to have experience in Active Directory, load balancing, reverse proxy ·

• · Experience on scripting processes in PowerShell

• · Accurately document all work performed through ticketing system including details and outcomes · Update Office 365 licenses, subscriptions and user management as necessary ·

• · Experience with troubleshooting, configuring and supporting Hybrid scenarios ·

• · Knowledge of O365 Technical Architecture and its workloads ·

• · Good to have Knowledge with legacy Microsoft Office Suites (Outlook, Word, Excel, OneNote, PowerPoint, Visio, OneDrive for Business, etc.) ·

• · Exchange migration experience and recommend a mailbox migration strategy

• · Work on P1 and P2 with Vendors and bring issues to a closure.
