Office 365 / Skype for Business

• The primary responsibility is to support the existing or implement new MS Teams Infrastructure

• Migration from Skype for Business Online to MS Teams in different modes

• Office 365 Tenant administration

• Working knowledge/experience with O365 elements

• Good understanding of Cloud fundamentals

• Good Understanding on types of Migration (O365 migrations)

• Should have knowledge of Directory Synchronization & ADFS

• Working knowledge of messaging and server technologies such SMTP Gateways, E-mail Archiving, SPAM Filtering, and Secure Email

• Post Migration administration/operations support

• Microsoft Office (2007, 2010, 2013, 2016) Knowledge

• Strong troubleshooting and tool experience

• Advance level knowledge (Must have)

• Office365 Security ATP, Security & Compliance, Smart firewall

• PowerShell (Office 365, Exchange online, PowerShell online & Azure)

• Strong troubleshooting skills on MS Teams/ ProPlus/ Office365 Apps

• Ability to adopt new changes related to workflow and learn new technologies related to business needs

• Supporting L1 with technical guidance and handling escalations related to Technical Roadblock

Working knowledge on below domain

Exchange Online

• Troubleshoot issues related to O365 admin portal

• Exchange 2010/2013 and Exchange online

• Hybrid deployment

• Free busy / Calendar issues

• MDM for Office 365

• Security- DLP, Compliance, EOP, ATP

SharePoint Online

• OneDrive for Business

• Teamsite Administration

• Microsoft Team

• MDM for Office 365

• Clients Outlook, OWA, Mobile APPs, MAC

• Basic knowledge on Office 365 Apps / Pro-Plus & PowerBI
