Openshift Cloud Devops Engineer

Job requirements:

· Azure Associate certification or equivalent knowledge level.

· OpenShift or K8’s certification.

· For seniors at least 5+ years of professional. Mediors at least 3+ years in DevOps.

· Experience with HELM or Kustomize is mandatory

· At least experience with one of the following; Ansible, GoLang or Terraform.

· Is security minded in all activities.

· Knowledge of CI/CD concepts and toolset (i.e. Jenkins, Tekton, GitHub Actions).

· Good to have Customer Operator Build knowledge based on GoLang.

· Good to have eperience with GitOps principles (ArgoCD, FluxCD).

· Good to have experienced with Monitoring and Logging (setting custom matrics for monitoring)

· Experience with Github is mandatory.

· Good to have knowledge of OpenShift patching and upgrading.

· Must be adaptable to work in a varied, fast paced exciting, ever changing environment.

· Good analytical and problem-solving skills to resolve technical issues.

· Eager to learn and adapt to a constant changing environment.

· Understanding of Agile development, SCRUM or SRE concepts is a plus.

· Willing to run standby duty.

· Able to function autonomously and adding to a collaborative team-spirit.

Team Leadership:

· Lead and manage a team of OpenShift Cloud DevOps effectively.

· Provide guidance, mentoring, and support to team members for their professional growth.

· Set clear performance goals aligned with organizational objectives.

· Provide technical support, coach and prepare project activities

· Give Technical direction to the team, support them to move next level.

· Provide continuous feedback to the team to support them to grow technical
