In This Role, You Will: Be a customer launch specialist: Launch new customers on the product, resolve pain points, and ensure great onsite experience. Be a Client representative: Manage quality and performance for clients. Have strong communication: Field feedback from clients, identify issues, and clearly communicate them to the relevant contact. About You Based in SF/Peninsula, and willing to travel within their respective cities daily to a different location. Humble Hustler: No job is beneath you or too small. You believe the best way to learn about how to optimize a process is to first hack it together yourself. Ability to manage ambiguity and work independently in a fast-paced environment and being comfortable with executing with limited guidance. Coachable on Technology and Data: Ability to use communication and collaboration tools like Slack, Zoom, Google Sheets in addition to internal systems at Client. Expert in the Meal Manager platform: Ability to learn, communicate, and troubleshoot basic issues clients have with the platform (how to set up their account, place orders, setup backup carts etc.). Ability to operate at the lowest level of detail with excellent accuracy and productivity. Excellent Communication and Time-Management Skills: Ability to effectively articulate issues, understand problems and implement solutions while managing multiple projects. Passionate about people management and building relationships that have a strong foundation on empathy and emotional intelligence. Prior experience in Operations Management, Support, Customer Interviews, and Sales preferably in the hospitality industry. Compensation/Contract/Location. Must be based in New York, SF/Peninsula, and willing to travel within their respective cities daily to a different location.
