About the role
Expectations:
At least 7 years of Cerner Millennium work experience with good knowledge on two or more Cerner solutions, Preferably FirstNet(Emergency Medicine) workflow, build and configurations, including ED Launchpoint, Tracking boards, Clinical Documentation, integrated modules like Lab/Radiology, Orders, Medications, and charges.
Ability to resolve complex issues in a timely manner and provide SME advice.
Experienced in Cerner applications support, Enhancements, Incident management or Cerner millennium projects, Perform complex troubleshooting, change management, document notes and knowledge articles.
Guide customers through current workflows, upgrades, enhancements and system changes.
Resolve escalated problems and issues using solution expertise, raised during operations, maintenance, upgrades.
Ability to work in support services and on-call environment.
Should have a good understanding of Cerner Millennium architecture and cerner millennium data model.
Should have basic or good understanding of CCL(Cerner Command Language), Discern Visual developer and Olympus.
Good to have knowledge on ticketing tool ServiceNOW and ITIL process.
Develop and maintain good relationships with peers and customers.
