Collects and researches specific client requirements for projects, identifies requirements, gathers workflow data and basic system and reporting specifications
Ability to set up and configure HCM Cloud Compensation system to support solutions design
Evaluates, Recommends and Drives opportunities for system enhancements and/or efficiencies
Recommends basic alternatives to address problems
Provides functional direction on projects
Ability to communicate technical concepts in a concise manner
Ability to identify, assess and mitigate relevant risks to developed solutions
Ability to Load HDL
