We are seeking a new talent to join the Software Engineering team where you will have the opportunity to collaborate in the project OMNICHANNEL E-commerce Solution. The client is SOCIEDADE FRANCISCO MANUEL DOS, a company engaged in its respective industry with a focus on delivering innovative solutions.Responsibilities: As a Packaged/SaaS Application Engineer, you will be responsible for configuring and supporting packaged or software as a service applications to adapt features, manage releases, and ensure system stability. Your day-to-day activities will include using standard tools, application programming interfaces, and low-code platforms to align solutions with business needs while preserving compatibility and performance. You are expected to be a subject matter expert, collaborate and manage the team to perform effectively, take responsibility for team decisions, engage with multiple teams, and contribute to key decisions.
Providing solutions to problems within your immediate team and across multiple teams is a critical part of this role.
Master proficiency in Client Marketing Cloud is required. Advanced proficiency in Packaged Development Estimating, Packaged Application Integration, SaaS Testing, and Software Platforms is suggested.
Take ownership of specific application configurations and ensure seamless integration with existing systems.
Support and guide colleagues by sharing expertise and best practices to enhance team performance.
Analyze complex issues and develop innovative solutions that improve system reliability and user experience.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to influence project outcomes and align technical solutions with business goals.
