About the role
Description
The role requires the analysis and translation of business requirements as directed by the Squad into functional system specifications, the impact analysis of change, communication with business customers and stakeholders, key role in supporting solutions through the consulting, analysis and design phase for the purposes of developing new, and/or enhancing the applications. It requires deep understanding on the business environment to refine the requirements to increase the quality and efficiency of the customer outcome being delivered by the Squad.
Roles and Responsibilities
Provide input into estimates of effort (cost) involved in conducting system analysis for an enhancement or project.
Contribute to enhancement or project objectives with a high level of quality and within the agreed cost and time.
Consider costs, review processes and make suggestions for more cost effective solutions.
Document agreed technical interfaces as directed by Analyst Chapter Lead and Product Owner (e.g. data mapping, MT and MX (ISO20022) formats, clearing file formats, etc)
Liaise with the business to elicit system specifications.
Identify and raise issues with the business requirements.
Develop and nurture relationships with stakeholders to ensure that all activities and plans are developed and implemented with the customer in mind.
Develop and nurture relationships with the Squad members.
Represent Technology in a professional manner.
In depth understanding on Agile Methodology
As directed document business requirements into technical system specifications using templates and specified methodology
Contribute to the documentation of systems.
Contribute to the mapping of business requirements to technical system specifications
Follow documented process without any violation and store evidence.
Identify continuous improvements of the system analysis practice and process.
Adopt a flexible approach to support competing and conflicting priorities and demands under the direction of the Analyst Chapter Lead and Product Owner

Desired skills
Preferable to have Payments knowledge (data mapping, MT and MX (ISO20022) formats, clearing file formats).
