About the role
PL/SQL Support Analyst
Zurich Switzerland
Support Analyst in Risk Tech division to cover day to day production application support to cover critical CRO deliverables.
Primary responsibilities will be to undertake Application Production Support activities (Incident, Problem, Release, Event Management, incl. strong end user communications)
(more senior roles) Individual is expected to have special focus on building and analyzing data points for issues impacting production environments and proposing/driving continuous improvement by identifying engineering solution and automation opportunities to the address the root cause of the problems
Good/excellent communications skills
Experience in Application Production Support
Exposure to ITIL processes
Experience (seniority based on role level) in Unix, PL SQL commands execution and analyzing Java logs
Exposure to Big Data, Cloud and Container based technologies
Experience on ETL & scheduling tools (informatica IDMC, Control-M)
