Understand SQL/DB
Core need is to have individuals who can turn business questions into actionable insight through reporting. We need to drive the adoption of delivering value from our data through using to make these data based decisions. Support in also pulling together our longer term strategic vision for our data is an area I’d be keen to explore as well. Alongside these areas we will be looking at how we role out our data products to our customers next year and support could also be required here but we can touch on this in follow up as will be more specific need.
