About the role
Experience in CyberArk Client ,Enterprise Password Vault, PSM, CPM (OS, DB, Network devices and custom applications).
· Understanding of SAAS Cyberark solution and cloud concepts
· Experience in working on Client component architecture, installation and upgrade.
· In Depth Knowledge to perform account and user on-boarding in Client, contribute to requirements gathering, design documentation
· Experience in working on Backup , Recovery and DR components of CyberArk Client.
· Experience in configuration, integration and troubleshooting CyberArk Privileged Account Security (Client) Infrastructure (Enterprise Password Vault, Password Vault Web Access, Central Policy Manager, Privileged Session Manager, Application Identity Manager and PACLI)
· Vast experience in Privileged account administration of various Windows and UNIX accounts using CyberArk components
· Integrating various platforms with CyberArk, such as different LDAP providers, Windows servers, UNIX servers, Databases, networking Devices, middleware and custom applications.
· Extensive experience in Troubleshooting CyberArk Privileged Account Security (Client) Components for operational issues.
· Client integration experience with MFA , ticketing systems (ServiceNow), Active Directory, security logging and monitoring
· Need knowledge in Active directory, UNIX / Windows OS , Network basics and IDAM concepts
· Experience in Policy / Safe configuration, platform management , work flow and account management (change, verification, reconciliation)
· User management, account access management, group creation, LDAP directory mapping.
· Experience in working account on-boarding manually or with password upload utility and systematic use of PACLI.
· In Depth Knowledge in Vault HA cluster configuration and load balancing for Cyberark components. Understanding of active / passive operation of components .
· Understanding Cyberark plug-in and connectors
