PRIVILEGED ACCESS SERVICES OPERATOR

Job Family:

The Identity and Access Management team is part of the Cyber Security Group and is in charge of implementing, operating and managing all the accesses from, to or within the Euroclear IT infrastructure. The main mission is to ensure that each individual has access to the right resources at the right time for the right reasons as well as to respond to the increasingly rigorous compliance requirements. The services covered by the teams include user lifecycle management, privileged access management, Infrastructure management and security advisory services in the context of Identity and Access Management.

Role

This is a security operator role where you will operate the day-to-day management of privileged accesses in the company. This includes the lifecycle management of privileged accounts (generic and functional on windows/UNIX/applications), review of IT changes related to IAM, security quality checks on Wintel servers, CyberARK safe and platform management...

More specifically, you are expected to:

· Manage our PTA trough their lifecycle within our CyberARK infrastructure

· Manage our CyberARK platform, safe and credential.

· Support as a second line for end-user regarding PTA

· Perform quality security checks before launching server in production

· Do UNIX elevations

· Recertify our PTA and Safes

· Review and execute IT changes linked to PAM

Skills and experience

• Experience in other IAM is mandatory (3-5years)

• Proven experience with CyberARK is a plus

• Professional certification in CyberARK is a plus

• Experience as Windows or UNIX administrator is a plus

• To learn a lot in a limited period of time and to be self-study oriented.

• To handle administrative tasks and work in a demanding operational context

• To act as a true team player and to demonstrate good interpersonal skills

• You have critical thinking, decision making and problem solving skills.

• You have good interpersonal as well as verbal and written communication skills (fluent English is a must)
