Process Engineer

Responsible for process improvements to support target operating model and new ways of working under DOVE

Engage with the relevant stakeholders to understand current processes in granularity and any associated pain points

Conduct process and value stream mapping (if required) to identify additional process dependencies and opportunities for improvement

Perform time/motion studies for critical and high value processes in order to identify and integrate them in the visualisation dashboard

Collect relevant data and perform analysis to prove hypothesis for process changes and improvements

Drive standardization of tasks and processes to eliminate redundancies and manual work

Engage with business to share recommendations and collect feedback on process design which should lead to higher product adoption and program success
