About the role
you are responsible for the migration of customer and current asccount administration from COBOL / IBM mainframe to JAVA / Linux Environment.
you will be working on the complete testing cycles. This means, creating the test(scripts), perform and maintain the test(scripts) and report the outcome. We want to execute the tests as automatically, as much as possible.
Important part of your responsibility will be to create file and database comparison between the current and new system.
Technical experience/capabilities
MUST have
Experience in migration projects
Experience in File comparison
Experience in DB comparison
OC-A certificate
JAVA test framework
Experience writing test utilities using programming languages such as Python, Java, JavaScript, or C++
Experience with automated test tools (ex. UFT, Selenium, Protractor)
Experience identifying gaps in test coverage.
Nice to have
Performance testen (batches & services)
Cobol kennis is pre
Experience in continuous testing environments
Experience in Agile software development environments
Experience or knowledge of SQL queries
