Project Lead

Pharma Lab applications/Client PLSQL. Minimum 5+ year IT experience, preferably on pharma Lab applications Mettler instrument knowledge is an added value. Should have good troubleshooting skills (Windows server / TCP connections / Firewall). Excellent communication (interact with Site admin, analyst, Global Business , technical and vendor team) Must worked / know Incident , change and problem management process Technical support experience in Pharmaceutical domain Good working experience on ITIL Service delivery processes and knowledge in GxP terms, Compliance issues and Documentation Technical resolution of Incident/Request/Problem and change controls following ITIL principles. Provide first level diagnostic of incidents and support business users, and ensuring timely resolution of technical or business related issues. Work with cross functional team and different IT groups for any incident or change controls Good written and verbal communication skills to effectively communicate with technical and business users Continuously improve the level of services to win customer satisfaction Experience in handling service disruption bridge calls Understand and comply with core standard operating procedures and working instructions Knowledge in GxP terms as per 21 CFR PART 11, Compliance issues and Documentation.. Identifying opportunity for automating simpler incident /Service request tasks" (1.) To create work plans, monitor and track the work schedule for on time delivery as per the defined quality standards. (2.) To develop and guide the team members in enhancing their technical capabilities and increasing productivity. (3.) To ensure process improvement and compliance in the assigned module, and participate in technical discussionsorreview. (4.) To prepare and submit status reports for minimizing exposure and risks on the project or closure of escalations.
