About the role
Degree in computer science, statistics, machine learning, applied mathematics, operation research or other quantitative disciplines; graduate degree and research experience are preferred
2 years of professional experience in a software engineering or machine learning operations team
Working experience in at least one software engineering language (C++/Java/Go) and Python
Working experience with Unix-like operating system and shell scripting
Experience with SQL/NoSQL database, large datasets; experience with unstructured data is a plus
Able to communicate and collaborate effectively in a diverse team environment
Demonstrated ability to learn and adapt
Passionate about sustainability issues and asset management industry
Experience in climate science, energy system modelling, climate policy or energy policy is a plus
Experience with financial and economic research and quantitative modelling is a plus
Experience with statistics, machine learning, deep learning and NLP is a plus
Experience with cloud platform and Cloud Native technology is a plus
Work with subject matter experts and researchers, build robust research and production pipeline for data and modelling process
Ensure product quality
Process automation
Communicate across multiple partner teams on project planning and delivery
Quantitative model implementation and deployment
