QE Lead is a critical position for this initiative, and requires a self starter, technical testing consultant who understands well modern application stack, and will be a driver for two different mandates depicted in the slide below:

Workstream #1:

Responsible for leading (currently ad-hoc) testing projects with poor requirements, complex test data requirements, non-existent test environments, and growing services demand;

This responsibility includes test cases design and development, test execution and test reporting, in both lead and hands-on capacities;

Workstream #2:

This is an optimization and upgrade set of activities, a parallel workstream that will require QE lead to lead pilot and feasibility analysis tasks, and work on overall improvements.

Suitable candidate would have experience and knowledge with Test Data Management tools and approaches (such as Delphix or GenRocket), and Test Environment provisioning (service virtualization, harnesses, digital twinning, stubs), strong test automation background at the practitioner and implementation levels, as well as TCoE implementation / support.
