Quality Assurance Lead

Job Summary: QA Lead is required to lead a team of 4 QA consultants and drive all test related efforts required for the HSBC PayMe Azure to AWS migration.

Responsibilities

• Define and propose test strategy

• Ensure appropriate UI and API automation & exploratory test coverage

• Investigate and troubleshoot test results

• Document execution procedures for existing manual and automated tests

• Execute existing tests to generate baseline reports

• Implement new and modify existing tests using Selenium, Appium, REST-assured, Cucumber, Java, JUnit and TestNG

• Mandatory

• Experienced creating and evolving test strategies used in large scale migrations

• Communication skills sufficient to guide QA team and influence decisions related to testing across project team stakeholders

• Software development experience sufficient to develop, build and debug tests written in Java

• Experience with Selenium, Cucumber, Appium, TestNG, Rest Assured

• Beneficial

• Non-functional test experience (performance test, resilience test, etc.)

• Experience leading performance testing engineers

• High level knowledge of Jmeter and performance testing concepts and terminology

• Experience with Typescript, Angular, Playwright
