Quality Technician

Job Title: Quality Technician Location: Santa Rosa​, CA 95403 (On Site) Duration: 24 months

Duties: Mechanical inspection of precision machined components. CMM (Coordinate Measuring Machine, Optical and Touch Probe), Interferometry, Laser Micrometer, and other advanced metrology equipment. Calibrations of metrology equipment. Corrective and Preventive Action support in relation to Non-Conformance Reports with thorough documentation. Other duties as assigned.

Skills

Interpreting mechanical specifications including Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T) Excellent written and verbal communication skills Work experience in a QC and manufacturing environment is essential. Strong PC skills (MS Windows/Office including Excel and Outlook) Preferred: Lean, Corrective and Preventive Action, root cause investigation, Kaizen (continuous improvement-PDCA) knowledge and understanding Preferred: ISO 9001 and AS9100 Pay rate: 30.9-31.9 USD per Hour Job type: Contract Division: eTeam Inc (US) Category: eTeam United States Reference: 26-55752
