Desired Candidate Profile:
Must have delivered RPA solutions using Blue Prism
Must have C sharp and .net experience
Worked on end to end process automation and delivery using Blue Prism.
Must have aptitude for solution design and development.
Have Technical leadership and team management skills.
Worked on Integrating with AI and cognitive solutions with RPA.
Publishing Web services via RPA tools.
Key Responsibilities / Functions / Role:
Understand solution design document and accordingly create low level design documents
Provide technical leadership to team in sync with requirements
Deliver projects within project constraints and quality on global delivery models with timely reviews and feedback
Project planning and monitoring to manage RPA solution delivery with resource optimization
To mentor team members achieve designated goals
To consistently meet or exceed performance parameters
