About the role
SAP Data Migration Technical
The Data Migration Technical will be responsible for, but not limited to, the following:
Support the analysis of existing data feeds and current data systems, data conversion and migration solutions required to support business processes
Analyze data, mapping the data between various source systems data to Target system and ensuring the accurate importing of data into S4/Hana.
Analyze, profile, quality check prepare and identify data cleansing rules to maintain data harmonization using ETL or Data Migration tool.
Build field mapping, transformation, data profiling using ETL and execution of data Migration activities using Migration tool(S4 HANA Migration Cockpit, ETL)
Ensure that proper documentation is captured, maintained, understood by and available to business and/or IT partners
Escalate critical technical issues and potential problems as needed to the Project Data Manager to address any related issues in advance of deadlines
Must Have:
Experience with SAP HANA and SQL Script, understanding on HANA studio is highly desirable.
Expertise in SAP ABAP including reports, interfaces, conversions, enhancements and forms,
BAPI, EDI.
ABAP change and transport system.
SAP technical design, development and deployment experience is desirable as is experience with global rollouts.
Knowledge of common development environments are required (e.g. Eclipse or WebIDE).
Knowledge of required programming languages like JavaScript, JQuery, HTML5, CSS3 and ABAP.
Experience on unit testing and integration testing tools.
Excellent communication skills.
Having Banking Finance or Telecommunication domain experience
