About the role
Title: SAP S/4HANA EAM Consultant
Location: Brentwood, TN, USA
Duration: 6 months
Minimum years of experience: 10 years of relevant experience
Key Responsibilities
Design, configure, and maintain SAP S/4HANA Plant Maintenance (PM) and Enterprise Asset Management modules
Develop and customize SAP Fiori applications including work order management, notifications, and maintenance execution
Lead end-to-end implementation of maintenance processes including preventive maintenance, work order management, equipment master data, and functional location hierarchies
Optimize asset lifecycle management processes from procurement through disposal, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements
Implement maintenance planning strategies, task lists, and maintenance plans to improve asset reliability and reduce downtime
Support integration between EAM modules and other SAP components including MM, FI, and HR for comprehensive business process automation
Provide expert-level user training and ongoing support for maintenance planners, technicians, and management users
Required Qualifications:
Minimum 10 years of hands-on experience with SAP EAM/Plant Maintenance modules in enterprise environments
Proven track record of successful SAP S/4HANA EAM implementations and system upgrades
Technical Skills
Expert knowledge of SAP S/4HANA EAM modules including Plant Maintenance (PM), Asset Accounting (FI-AA), and Materials Management integration
Proficiency in SAP Fiori application development and customization using SAP UI5 framework
Experience with maintenance execution processes, work order management, and preventive maintenance strategies
Soft Skills:
Excellent leadership and mentoring abilities with experience managing technical teams and projects
Strong communication skills to effectively interact with business stakeholders, IT teams, and executive management
Proven problem-solving capabilities with ability to analyze complex business requirements and translate them into technical solutions
