Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Lead Consultant – SAP S/4HANA EAM (Plant Maintenance) to support the design, implementation, and maintenance of SAP Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) solutions. The ideal candidate should have strong experience with SAP S/4HANA Plant Maintenance (PM) , SAP Fiori , and asset management processes.

Must Have Skills

10+ years of hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA Plant Maintenance (PM) and Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) .

Strong experience in SAP Fiori application development and customization.

Expertise in Work Order Management , Preventive Maintenance , and Maintenance Execution .

Experience integrating SAP PM with Materials Management (MM) , Asset Accounting (FI-AA) , and HR modules.

Strong knowledge of Equipment Master Data and Functional Locations .

Experience with Asset Lifecycle Management and maintenance planning.

Responsibilities

• Design, configure, and support SAP S/4HANA Plant Maintenance (PM) and EAM solutions.

• Develop and customize SAP Fiori applications for maintenance processes.

• Implement preventive maintenance, work order management, notifications, and maintenance planning.

• Configure equipment master data and functional location hierarchies.

• Optimize asset lifecycle management processes and improve equipment reliability.

• Integrate SAP PM with MM, FI-AA, and HR modules.

• Support system upgrades, enhancements, testing, and production support.

• Provide end-user training and technical guidance to maintenance teams.

• Collaborate with business users and technical teams to deliver SAP solutions.

• Nice to Have Skills

• Experience with SAP S/4HANA upgrades and implementations.

• Knowledge of SAP UI5 development.

• Strong understanding of maintenance planning strategies and asset management best practices.

• Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.

• Experience working in Agile or enterprise SAP implementation projects.
