Digital Workplace VMWARE Workspace One Consultant · Must have at least 8+ years’ experience with Implementing, Preparing, and Configuring Remote Workplace Modernization and Management Technologies: · Virtual Desktop design, administration, maintenance and upgrades using VMware Horizon 7.x, VMware vSphere 6.x and VMware Identity Manager and Citrix Products o VMWARE Workspace One Unified Endpoint Management § Windows, MAC and Chrome OS Deployment and Management § UEM Based App Publishing § Integration with App Stores (Google Play, Apple App Store, Microsoft Store for Business) o Desktops, Laptops, Mobile Devices (MS, Apple, Android) § Hybrid Azure AD Joined/Azure AD Joined o Air watch Mobile Management o Knowledge/experience with other Unified Endpoint Management Solutions (UEM, etc.) o Must have experience in the creation of Technical Use Cases/Personas and how these are combined with the Technical, Functional and Business Requirements to drive the Technical Architectural settings/policies. o Must have experience with creation of Technical/Project Documentation (Gap Analysis, Implementation Plan, Cost Estimation for Implementation Work, Cost Benefit Analysis/Cost Savings Analysis). o Must have experience working in a cross functional team, with the ability to lead/drive the scope of work in ambiguous client facing situations and requests. o Takes over all management and responsibilities for an existing VMWARE WorkspaceONE infrastructure and continues to design, engineer and implement solutions to support operational or customer facing system o Implement solution based on given HLD and LLD design UEM Solutions o Planning and implementing required UEM upgrades of existing infrastructure to stay current and supported by VMWARE and Citrix.

o Provides technical guidance to Client’s' retail business and IT organizations as required. o Recommend areas where existing policies and procedures require change or where new ones need to be developed. o Experience designing and delivering Cloud or hybrid based solutions of End point management. o Customer focused, confident and articulate with lots of experience in stakeholder meetings and presentations o Good presentation and documentation skills o Strong working knowledge with one or more scripting languages – PowerShell, Windows Command Script, Visual Basic Script. o Windows 10 Upgrade Design and Delviery. o The candidate must be confident in meeting customers, gathering their requirements and answering their technical questions. o They must also coordinate with other consultants to cover knowledge gaps and work closely with offshore engineering teams to ensure that designs are properly implemented

Mandatory Skills

o Deep knowledge with Citrix VDI/VMWare Horizon / AirWatch / WorkspaceOne with experience in architecting / designing / implementing AirWatch at enterprise levels with multiple device o Experience of managing Windows Client environments and ability to take on complex problem solving tasks. o Well organized and attentive to details o Ability to work in a global, multi-cultural, diverse team, open to different ideas and opinions and develop networking o Ability to work on technical complex environment as well as on taking into account organizational and processes aspects o Deliver training to the infrastructure team on the support needed to maintain the newly deployed UEM infrastructure if any. o Analyze current OSD methods and determine if UEM can be used to improve the current process o Outstanding knowledge and technical proficiency managing an Endpoint Management solution.

Digital Workplace Implementation Consultant · Must have at least 8+ years’ Implementing, Preparing, and Configuring Remote Workplace Modernization and Management Technologies: o System Center Configuration Manager/Microsoft Endpoint § SCCM Windows OS Deployment and Management § SCCM App Publishing § Integration with App Stores (Google Play, Apple App Store, Microsoft Store for Business) o Desktops, Laptops, Mobile Devices (MS, Apple, Android) § Hybrid Azure AD Joined/Azure AD Joined o Intune and integration between SCCM & Intune § Intune Autopilot (Zero Touch) § WAAS o Knowledge/experience with other Unified Endpoint Management Solutions (UEM, etc.) o Must have experience in the creation of Technical Use Cases/Personas and how these are combined with the Technical, Functional and Business Requirements to drive the Technical Architectural settings/policies. o Takes over all management and responsibilities for an existing SCCM infrastructure and continues to engineer and implement SCCM/MECM infrastructure solutions to support operational or customer facing system o Create MECM HLD and LLD design including Intune and Co Management existence for roaming clients. o Planning and implementing required SCCM branch upgrades of existing infrastructure to stay current and supported by Microsoft. o Provides technical guidance to Client’s' retail business and IT organizations as required. o Recommend areas where existing policies and procedures require change or where new ones need to be developed. o Experience designing and delivering Cloud or hybrid-based solutions of End point management. o Good presentation and documentation skills
