Specifications: Independent and self-reliant assumption of development orders and their documentation in the area of monitoring Microsoft System Center
Operations Manager (SCOM). The following services are to be provided by the contractor independently and on his own responsibility within the framework of the requirements:
adduce:
• Participation in the assigned projects according to the milestones specified by the project
• Provision of acceptable monitoring solutions according to project or order specifications and the technical quality features/-
requirements of the Tools department according to the deployment times specified in the order.
• Installation of software and performance of migration services in the acceptable state
• Administration services in the monitoring environment while avoiding escalations according to the requirements of the respective system/tool
stored parameters.
• Installation support for other departments and/or customers
Quality requirement (e.g. specific knowledge, unless described in the performance classification) • Qualified training in the field of computer science or comparable knowledge and experience
• In-depth IT and network knowledge with a focus on monitoring
o Focus on Microsoft SCOM
Language requirements good German and good knowledge of English, both written and spoken
Performance period: from now on - 6 months, possible extension
BAIT
Scope of services (e.g. number of hours, tickets to be processed, etc.) 880 hrs.
From FI-TS's point of view, know-how required for the provision of services in accordance with RateCard IT Build - Senior - Sonst.
