About the role
1 Excellent communication skills in English
2 Male candidates ready to work in rotational shift including night shift 11.00 PM to 8.00 AM.
3 It will be 6 days working with rotational week offs.
4 Job location Marol -MIDC, Andheri Mumbai
5 Salary - SD L1 – 18K to 22K per Month and SD L2 : 23K to 29 K
1 Technical hands on experience on resolving desktop / laptop related hardware issues and related application support.
2 Windows OS 10 installation ,configuration & troubleshooting
3 Printer / Scanner installation / configuration / troubleshooting
4 Knowledge of IT Service desk / ITIL processes preferred
24*7 shift (Rotational basis)
· 6 days working in a week (one week off)
· Location- Andheri - MIDC – Mumbai
