You can do that

In this exciting role, you will analyze the technical requirements and business processes within our international, logistical

application landscape “New Eco System” (NES) as well as its interfaces to surrounding systems.

You organize cross-departmental workshops, identify the needs of specialist representatives, question existing processes and convert the collected findings into user stories.

You identify optimization potential and implement it as IT services.

You will implement the solutions in collaboration with our development partners using agile process models.

You ensure day-to-day operational business, offer 2nd / 3rd level support for the systems you support, test new functionalities and train users.

This is what you bring with you

You have been able to gain several years of experience as a business analyst and have further trained yourself in this area.

You have practical experience in agile development methods (Kanban / Scrum) and have anchored the agile mindset in your DNA.

Your conceptual skills enable you to quickly grasp complex topics, identify the core of requirements and develop holistic solutions.

As a doer, you independently drive forward topics and innovations.

You communicate fluently orally and in writing in German and have good (oral) knowledge of a second national language. You can also communicate well in English.
