Senior Analyst/Analyst, Digital Business

Job Description:

Drive the development of the DKSH Connect and brand.com sites, in close collaboration with IT and business teams;

Provide and support new market roll outs and features development by building relationships and partnerships with key stakeholders; identifying business needs; determining and carrying out necessary processes and practices; monitoring progress and results; recognizing and capitalizing on improvement opportunities;

Create and maintain project schedules by developing project plans and specifications, estimating time and resources, monitoring milestone completion, tracking all phases of the project lifecycle, providing timely reporting of issues that impact project progress, coordinating actions and resolving conflicts;

Drive go-to-market efforts with business teams, in close collaboration with Corporate Communications;

Lead the platform enhancement projects and ensure successful delivery to business requirements;

Continuous monitoring of site stability / performance and advise business teams on action plan based on insights and analysis;

Provide general support on DKSH Connect global initiatives;

Lead and drive customer experience initiatives to increase customer adoption and satisfaction;

Demonstrated fluency in business processes and process differentiation. Identify and lead process improvement initiatives;

Ability to analyze and synthesize business requirements, including recognizing patterns and conceptualizing processes;

Meet with project team regularly to review project deliverables and deadlines;

Job Requirement:

Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Digital Marketing or a related field

A minimum of 2-3 years working experience in an e-commerce or digital-related company within an Asian context;

Fluency in English and local Asian language;

Excellent communications skill;

High customer service mindset and orientation;

Ability to work in a fast-moving environment;

Performs under pressure;

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

Develop and manage services/support in providing Business Intelligence infrastructure, maintaining data integrity/relationships, as well as reporting and business process architectures, to ensure business needs (that scale both technically and operationally) are met;

Role Specific

Manage departmental/unit operating budgets and costs according to annual allocation to ensure efficient allocation of resources, where applicable;

Develop, mentor and manage Business Intelligence employees and projects in ensuring prompt delivery/quality is provided to the business;

Establish Business Intelligence standards, guidelines and best practices, ensuring compliance;

Ensure that adequate support, monitoring and resolution of incidents, problems and change requests are performed within agreed service levels;

Develop, document and manage Business Intelligence delivery models aligned with global standards/templates;

Educate and assist Business Intelligence colleagues in defining reporting, business intelligence and analytics needs;

Provide consultancy and advise to the business on Business Intelligence market trends and best practices;

Facilitate and influence business process design and platform integration across the organization as a part of continuous improvement initiatives;

Facilitate business process owners' needs, communicate design solutions to maintain business operations;

Identify potential issues/gaps, drive resolution to avoid customer impact and facilitate continuous improvement;

Collaborate within IT to facilitate the delivery and ongoing operations of Business Intelligence solutions;

Requirements

• Candidates must possess at least a Bachelor's degree in Computing/Information Technology or its equivalent;

• Minimum two to three years' experience in a similar role;

• Minimum four to six years' experience in a managerial capacity;

• Demonstrate proven experience in leading visual information design, data management, data warehousing, reporting and analytics;

• Demonstrate experience managing and mentoring business intelligence and data warehouse development teams;

• Demonstrate experience in implementation of business intelliegence tools (e.g. SAP Business Warehouse, Business Wareouse on HANA, Qlikview, Business Objects and SQL) as well as a good knowledge of industry standards, methodologies, processes and best practices, preferably in the consumer goods or healthcare industries;

• Be abreast of the latest technologies and technological opportunities within the specific domain/area of expertise;

• Demonstrate proficiencies in office productivity tools (e.g. Excel, Word and PowerPoint);

• Demonstrate fluency in both written and spoken English;

Maintain procedures for SAP application design, development and deployment;

Share best practice to other teams related to SAP Applications design, development, processes and policies to ensure adherence;

Support SAP Applications issues; escalate complex issues in a timely manner to achieve/maintain user satisfaction;

Understand and establish communication on user needs and priorities;

Ensure service level adherence;

Requirements

• Candidates must possess at least a Bachelor's degree in Computing/Information Technology or its equivalent;

• Up to five years' experience in similar role;

• Demonstrate basic SAP application (functional, business or industry) and technical ABAP knowledge;

• Demonstrate SAP SDLC experience in any modules (e.g. MM, SD, WM, etc.);

• Demonstrate basic knowledge in SAP integration;

• Be abreast of the latest technologies and technological opportunities within the specific domain/area of expertise;

• Demonstrate proficiencies in office productivity tools (e.g. Excel, Word and PowerPoint);

• Demonstrate fluency in local language and ideally in English, both written and spoken;
