Job Description:- We are seeking a highly skilled Backend Software Engineer to design, develop, and maintain scalable, high-performance backend services and distributed systems. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Java-based microservices architecture, real-time data processing, distributed databases, containerization technologies, and cloud-native application development. The candidate will play a critical role in building resilient backend platforms capable of processing large-scale data streams while ensuring reliability, scalability, and performance.

Key Responsibilities • Design and develop scalable backend applications using Advanced Java. • Build and optimize microservices-based architectures and RESTful APIs. • Develop and maintain real-time data streaming and event-driven solutions using Apache Kafka and Apache Flink. • Design efficient data storage and retrieval mechanisms using Cassandra, Redis, and SQL databases. • Containerize applications using Docker and deploy/manage workloads on Kubernetes. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product Managers, Architects, DevOps, and QA engineers. • Implement performance tuning, monitoring, logging, and observability practices. • Ensure application reliability, scalability, and security following engineering best practices. • Participate in code reviews, architecture discussions, and technical design sessions. • Troubleshoot production issues and provide timely resolutions.

Education • Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.

Preferred Experience • Experience building enterprise-scale backend platforms. • Hands-on experience with cloud-native and containerized environments. • Strong understanding of event-driven architectures and distributed computing. • Experience handling high-volume transactional and streaming workloads. • Exposure to agile development methodologies and DevOps practices.
