About the role
Role purpose Lead business analysis for digital and platform change initiatives, translating business needs into clear, testable requirements and supporting delivery through build, test, and implementation. You'll partner closely with Product Owners, Tech teams, Ops, and Risk/Compliance to deliver compliant, customer-focused solutions. Key responsibilities • Lead discovery: define problem statement, scope, target outcomes, and success metrics. • Elicit and document requirements (epics, user stories, acceptance criteria, NFRs) and manage traceability. • Map current vs target processes (BPMN/flows), identify gaps, and propose pragmatic solutions. • Facilitate workshops with stakeholders across Business, Tech, Ops, Risk, Compliance, Legal and vendors. • Support product delivery: backlog refinement, sprint support, clarifications, and change impact assessment. • Define test scenarios and support SIT/UAT; ensure requirements are met and defects triaged effectively. • Support operational readiness: procedures, training needs, controls, and handover documentation. • Use data to inform decisions (basic SQL/analytics where relevant) and improve reporting/insights. Required experience & skills • 6–10+ years' BA experience in banking/financial services transformation. • Strong domain exposure in one or more: digital onboarding/KYC, payments/FX, securities platforms, virtual banking. • Excellent stakeholder management and communication; able to drive alignment and decisions. 4 • Strong documentation and structured thinking; comfortable with ambiguity and fast-paced delivery. • Tools: Jira/Confluence; strong PowerPoint/Excel; process mapping tools (Visio/Miro etc.).
