Skills

• Frontend Development: ReactJS, Typescript, HTML/JS/CSS, ESLINT, Responsive design, Storybook, Cypress, JSON. Experience in developing responsive web sites

• Backend Development: NodeJS, npm/yarn, git, GraphQL, REST, SQL, Azure BLOB storage, CMS (headless, e.g. Contentful)

• Infrastructure (Nice to Have): Kubernetes, Containers/Docker, Mulesoft API Gateway. Azure Platform knowledge and Devops Engineering experience is a big advantage

• Software Development Process: Experience of working in teams following Agile processes.

• Language Requirements: Fluent in both English and Turkish

• Roles & Responsibilities

• Work together with cross-functional teams to design and implement user-facing features and back end services.

• Primary technical support point of contact to Turkish region 1 st line support team for initial troubleshooting live product issues and bugs.

• Self-managed, proactive work style. Flags up technical debt where appropriate. Able to work independently within a team centric environment

• Contribute to code reviews, working with the development and QA team to ensure quality standards are met.

• Work with the QA’s to ensure adequate unit testing and automated test scripts are in place, and with the sprint team testers to produce production ready deployable of the sprint goals.

• Sprint effort estimates of stories and planning - working with the scrum master to ensure promised stories are delivered, and that the definitions of done and ready are met.
