8–10 years of software development experience
Minimum 7 years of hands-on Java backend development experience

Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend applications using Java, Spring Boot, and Microservices.
Build and integrate REST APIs.
Participate in requirement analysis, coding, implementation, code reviews, and testing.
Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve application issues.
Work independently on design and development tasks.
Participate in Agile ceremonies and follow SDLC best practices.
Support and guide team members when required.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
