About the role
Roles and Responsibilities :
Understand the functional specification, system design and requirements specified with the guidance from system analyst.
Develop coding, perform unit testing and prepare test plan as per ITD standard development process.
Recommend the best algorithm to enable the resultant deliverables can be reusable.
Prepare system documentation and present to system analyst for review.
Educate and supervise programmer to follow the company-wide development process and procedures.
Carry out tasks assigned by system analyst.
Requirements

Degree holder in Computer Science or related disciplines

Minimum 2-3 years' solid experience in programming and system development

Familiar with relational database and client/server application development is essential

Knowledge of Web programming, .NET Technologies and C# for application.

Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese

Good inter-personal and communication skills
