Senior QA Engineer

Job Scope

Effectively perform requirements analysis, test planning and test design

Handle defect-reporting

Communicate with development, BA, release management teams

Prepare client-facing reports for testing results

Provide project testing status and estimations

Test sophisticated functionality independently and without supervision

Ability to interact with the customer

Skills

• 3+ years of Magento eCommerce experience

• 5+ years of professional services or client-facing experience

• 5+ years of experience with software testing

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in engineering, communications, business or information sciences; 3-5 years total related experience

• Excellent English written and verbal communication skills

• Excellent understanding of Magento products, methodologies and best practices

• Deep understanding of software development life cycle

• Experience creating test documentation: test-plans, test cases, test-reports, etc.

• Experience with e-commerce projects, Magento, payment gateways

• PHP programming experience

• White Box testing experience

• Experience with load, security, automation testing, broad knowledge of QA tools
