Taken/werkzaamheden:

Het plannen en uitvoeren van ‘wijzigingen’ op de maatschappelijk belangrijke systemen van Rijkswaterstaat , vaak in nauwe samenwerking met de technische resources, de betrokken testers, leveranciers en systeembeheer. Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het bewaken van de diverse trajecten binnen het gehanteerde OTAP(U) proces (Ontwerp, Test, Acceptatie, Productie en (Uitwijk indien beschikbaar)), inclusief het zelfstandig inschatten van risico's en doorlooptijden;

Meedenken met- en uitwerken van technische vernieuwingstrajecten. Dit kan zowel een migratie naar nieuw OS ( W2019 ) als migratie naar clouddiensten zijn ( Azure )

Systeem en service integratie: Overzicht hebben en houden van koppelingen van de diverse systemen en datastromen, waarbij dus o.a. de applicaties geschikt worden gemaakt voor een landing op de bouwstenen van (interne) leveranciers.

Het analyseren en oplossen van 2e-lijns (technisch) applicatie problemen, in samenspraak met de applicatie leverancier. Veelal te realiseren door middel van een wijziging. Dit binnen de operationele en tactische ITIL-processen van RWS;

Het configureren van technische applicatie/database instellingen om de applicatie optimaal te laten functioneren;

Technische wijzigingen functioneel beschrijven, voordelen/nadelen en risico's aangeven, in nauw contact met de betrokken applicatiemanager ten bate van applicatieontwikkeling en debuggen;

Aandragen van Problems, (mede)analyseren en (mede)oplossen van Problems;

Documentatie controleren/schrijven;

Technische controle van het geleverde resultaat vanuit collega's;

Feedback en evaluatie verwerken vanuit het acceptatie traject met de betrokkenen;

Tasks/activities:

• Planning and implementing 'changes' to the socially important systems of Rijkswaterstaat, often in close collaboration with the technical resources, the testers involved, suppliers and system management. You are responsible for monitoring the various processes within the OTAP(U) process used (Design, Test, Acceptance, Production and (Alternative if available)), including independently estimating risks and lead times;

• Thinking along with and elaborating technical innovation processes. This can be a migration to a new OS (W2019) as well as a migration to cloud services (Azure).

• System and service integration: Having and maintaining an overview of connections of the various systems and data flows, whereby the applications are made suitable for a landing on the building blocks of (internal) suppliers.

• Analyzing and solving 2nd-line (technical) application problems, in consultation with the application supplier. Often to be realized by means of a change. This within the operational and tactical ITIL processes of RWS;

• Configuring technical application/database settings to allow the application to function optimally;

• Describe technical changes functionally, indicate advantages/disadvantages and risks, in close contact with the relevant application manager for the benefit of application development and debugging;

• Presenting Problems, (co-)analysis and (co-)solving of Problems;

• Check/write documentation;

• Technical control of the delivered result from colleagues;

Process feedback and evaluation from the acceptance process with those involved;
