We are seeking a new talent to join the Software Engineering team where you will have the opportunity to collaborate in the project 9940509041 - CCHBC AMS Benchmark. The client is Client, a company known for its global beverage production and distribution operations.Responsibilities: As a Custom Software Engineer, you will be responsible for developing custom software solutions to design, code, and enhance components across systems or applications. You will use modern frameworks and agile practices to deliver scalable, high-performing solutions tailored to specific business needs. You are expected to be a subject matter expert with deep knowledge and experience, possessing strong influencing and advisory skills. You will be responsible for team decisions, engage with multiple teams, and contribute to key decisions. Providing solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams is a critical part of this role. Expert proficiency in ServiceNow Employee Service Center is required. Advanced proficiency in ITIL Fundamentals is recommended. Advanced proficiency in Software Design & Solutions, Software Engineering, and ITIL Incident Management is suggested. Provide advanced guidance on software development practices and promote best practices across teams to elevate solution quality.
Shape technical approaches and influence delivery outcomes by collaborating with stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
Lead efforts to identify and resolve complex challenges that impact multiple systems or teams, ensuring robust and scalable solutions.
Engage proactively with team members to foster knowledge sharing and continuous improvement in software engineering processes.
