You will have the following duties/responsibilities

• · Providing 'First Time Right' OTAP environments on the Sitecore platform that allow business units to create and maintain their websites.

• · Accelerating the 'Time-to-Market' on behalf of websites in production (by setting up the infrastructure in such a way that your colleagues in the RUN can guarantee continuity and availability of the service in accordance with the SLA).

• · Providing second- and third-line support for questions and disruptions.

• · Performing installation, configuration and implementation work, performing job scheduling, backup restore work, delivering reports.

• · Monitoring capacity, performance and availability of services, service components and optimizing event handling. In this position you will be exposed to Sitecore and WebAPI technology.

Cooperation in the chain is a prerequisite for our success, you know your way around the organization quickly because you have good communication skills and a proactive attitude.

• · A completed IT education at bachelor level and affinity with Microsoft Cloud Azure;

• · You have extensive experience with Windows administration

• · You have gained experience with programming (e.g. with Powershell, C#/.NET), DevOps principles and Agile working;

• · Knowledge of Sitecore on Azure, applying Powershell scripting and ITIL processes is a plus.
