Relevant Yrs. of experience - 2+ years

Candidate should be - SC UK Security Clearance cleared

Mandatory skills - Test Management & Defect Management

(Roles and Responsibilities) • Sets the defect management process

• Controls the defect management tool

• Define defect triage process and run the meeting

• Customize the Defect reporting mechanism required for the proposed engagement

• Identify the suitability and usage of tools and establish centralized defect reporting System

• Baseline Defect Reporting and Resolution Process, Defect Reporting templates • Establish the Defect Classification Parameters like Severity, Priority etc.

• Establish standards around defect turnaround time

• Provide inputs to the entry-exit criteria for the test phases defined

• Metrics and Analysis • Causal Analysis and Defect Prevention Recommendations

• Defect Reporting and Product Quality Assessment • Coordinate with various team to ensure to resolve defects on time Specification / Skills / Experience

: • Strong communicator and able to communicate effectively with business personnel -

Critical • Extensive experience with test management and defect management tools

• Good ability in engaging stakeholders to provide the required level of participation in resolving a defect

. • Show clear leadership and influencing qualities to ensure defects are fixed in a timely manner by the respective teams

• Communicate effectively with test management in a timely manner

• Ability to prioritize issues taking into account the impact, severity and the test schedule

• Ability to challenge stakeholders on fix timelines to avoid any slippage of baseline schedules
