About the role
Role: Solution Architect
Location : Birmingham or Leicester
Type: FTE
The key skillsets required are:
• Proven experience as a Solution Architect in Operational Technology, preferably within the utilities sector
• Strong expertise in SCADA systems
• Appreciation of protocols used in process automation – Modbus, OPC UA, OPC DA, MQTT, AMQP etc.
• Understanding of operational technology elements (PLCs, RTUs, Data Loggers, SCADA systems, Time series historian etc.) and how they help utility operational processes
