About the role
Role Title: SQL Infrastructure Lead
Location: London UK
Duration: 12 Months
Job Summary:
Building, testing and monitoring and testing of database connections. Required to build connection to flat files with SQL server.
Develop coding of ETL batches that have been written in both in-line SQL' and using SSIS (SQL Server Integrated Services). Manipulating and amending ETL batches ensuring alignment to the new data sources.
Build data transformations to take raw transactional data and turn it into MI-ready summary tables
Key Responsibilities:
Translate the business requirements into technical requirements
Build, test and monitor ODBC connection with different database and flats file
ETL development using native and 3rd party tools and utilities
Write and optimize complex SQL and Shell Scripts
Design and develop code, scripts, and data pipelines that leverage structured and unstructured data
Data ingestion pipelines and ETL processing, including low-latency data acquisition and stream processing
Design and develop processes/procedures for integration of data warehouse solutions in an operative IT environment.
Skills/Experience Required
