Job Title: SQL Server Administrator (with SharePoint)

Location: The Hague, Netherlands

Duration: Long Term Contract

What will you be bringing to the team?:

Installing, maintaining, updating, and troubleshooting Database and related Middleware such as Microsoft SQL / MySQL / Postgres/ Microsoft SharePoint.

Contributing to Designing, Engineering and implementing Database and SharePoint solutions such Message Queuing Systems, Databases, SharePoint Applications etc.

Providing Subject Matter Expertise in the formation of new Database systems.

Anticipating Database outages by ensuring backups and disaster recovery procedures are tested and validated;

Owning and resolving Database / SharePoint and other related Incident Tickets in a 3rd line capacity as required.

Troubleshooting and investigating application errors/malfunctions

Preparing/implementing new SharePoint Applications

What do you need to succeed in this position?:

Bachelor degree is a competitive advantage

At least 3 years in Microsoft SharePoint and Microsoft SQL Server Database Management

Knowledge:

Microsoft Database Platforms – MSSQL

Microsoft SharePoint

Linux/ MySQL / Postgres

Expertise in SQL Query and Stored Procedure authoring, troubleshooting and refactoring for efficiency.

Experience in Installing, Upgrading and Maintaining Independent MSSQL and MSQL Cluster installations.

MS SharePoint Administration

Should have strong communication skills and professional experience in an EU or multicultural environment

English language at least B2 Level.
