Brief Overview

Do you desire to create software that will actually make a difference in people’s lives? We are looking

for enthusiastic people with a passion for technology and automation. You will work closely with

customers to solve real-world problems utilizing Robotic Process Automation (RPA), Optical Character

Recognition (OCR) and Machine Learning (Client) functions of the WorkFusion platform. You will be

automating complex manual processes in domains such as Finance, Insurance, Health Care and others

exponentially decreasing repetitive tasks and improving job satisfaction for our client base. This position

will present such challenges as scaling the solution for throughput, hybrid environments of Client and rulebased models, satisfying complex business rules and end-to-end delivery.

Core Responsibilities

• Solve complex real-world problems using the WorkFusion platform

• Closely communicate with customers and partners during project delivery

• Take the role as a stakeholder for the product team

• Ability to take ownership of a larger project, not just a task

• Operate with minimal oversight from Lead Engineers

• Mentor and train teammates

• This position may involve short-term business trips to the US/EU/Asia

Qualifications/Experience

• • 4+ years of Java, full stack

• • Understanding of design patterns and OOP

• • Understanding of distributed systems and application integration (REST, etc.)

• • Basic administration knowledge of Unix/Linux and MS Windows

• • Critical thinking to be able to work with high level requirements

• • Proactive mindset in development projects

• • Focus on delivering value rather than just pure engineering

• • Good communication skills

• o English: Intermediate+

• o Customer Facing Role experience

• • Prototyping skills a plus

• • Performance analysis a plus
