About the role
Perform software configuration and customization including, but not limited to: screen tailoring, workflow administration, report setup, data imports, integration, custom scripting and third-party software integrations (such as HCM Solutions, Jira, Clarizen, etc.) using ServiceNow best practices
Obtain and analyse business requirements and document technical solutions
Develop, design and roll out new application modules, workflows and catalogue requests
Research new functionality and recommend solutions that deliver customer value
Design and deliver technical solutions based on the ServiceNow platform
Ability to write clean code and easily understandable documents used by release mangers to move updates to UAT and production.
Create detailed documentation such as Technical Design Documentation
Communications that clearly articulate solutions and the ability to perform demonstrations in front of customer
Provide escalated support on technical issues to team members who are working service now implementations
Must have experience with working or developing in any one of the following programming languages: JavaScript, Angular JS, Java, Python, HTML, XML, Jelly
