Knowledge of SCCM (SCCM Administrator Console, Remote tools, Software Distribution, Inventory, Software Metering, SCCM Server components and Operating System Deployment, MDT and Desired Configurations management)

SCCM Activities (Troubleshooting, managing, maintaining, application packaging)

Excellent Understanding of MS Windows server administration (eg Windows Server 2008/2012,2016,2019 WINS/DNS/DHCP) and Network Management

Experience of creating reports using SCCM/ SQL Reports

Experience in service support, software distribution and associated components

Housekeeping tasks on SCCM (maintenance and availability of service)

Excellent Knowledge on PowerShell and VB scripting and automation tasks in SCCM

Troubleshoot issues related to software delivery, patch management, inventory solution

On-call and ready to work in Shifts

Monitor the environment and takes corrective action when issues are found

Develop and document (ie, technical specs, user documentation, flow diagrams, logic diagrams, etc) advanced tools, processes and procedures for support of the product

Flexible to work with Maintenance as well as Development Projects teams Handling SCCM Client installations & uninstallations and troubleshooting various issues on SCCM Client

Having installing knowledge on SQL Server 2016 and performing Maintenances tasks for SQL for the SCCM infrastructure

Ability to Coach and Mentor team members

Maintaining SCCM Reporting console and checking the console reflections

Gold image creation and testing
