Role & Responsibilities

Lead a team for Storage Administrators and provide 24x7 Production Support.

Handle escalated incidents and critical tickets.

Anticipate and Predict Risks/Impact on Production Environment and handle Major Changes.

Manage and Report Performance Dashboards with Capacity Planning.

Design, Migration and upgradation of existing Storage Infrastructure.

Includes integrated best-of-breed hardware and software products.

Create suggested target Storage schedules and operational plans.

Should be able to carry out performance troubleshooting.

Should be able to carry out replication operations, setup & troubleshooting

Should be able to participate in storage architecture work and integration with Automation and Cloud Management platform.
