System Analyst

Job Title: System Analyst

Location: Warsaw, Poland

Duration: Long Term Contract

What will you be bringing to the team?:

Analyses business processes, capabilities, functional requirements and user stories

Transfers requirements and user stories into system design and specifications

Models and documents Application and Data Architectures and its elements: logical data model, system roles, use cases, acceptance criteria, system logic and UI prototypes in cooperation with GUI specialist.

Manages non-functional requirements

Identify options for potential solutions

Maintains Application and Data Architectures in systems lifecycle

Presents and explains software design to business experts and product owners

Contributes to systems prototyping by UX designers

Prepares system documentation and provides presentations and trainings to business users

Supports tests, development, quality assurance, change management

What do you need to succeed in this position?:

Bachelor degree and 8 years of relevant professional experience.

Holds OMG Certified UML Professional certificate at intermediate level or equivalent

Has got at least 3 years hand on experience in systems analysis

Has gone at least 2 times through the complete lifecycle of the software solution

Expert in UML

Knows how to develop Application and Data Architectures and its elements.

Is proficient in using systems modelling tools like Sparx Enterprise Architect

Expert in systems analysis

Has participated in at least 2 projects concluded with the successful implementation of solutions based on MS SharePoint

Has got at least 2 years hands-on experience as business or system analyst in the recent 5 years of professional work.

Presents excellent communication skills , English on an C1 Level is required

Holds ability to document effectively
