Experience :7-12 Years

the Business Intelligence Support Specialist shall have:

(a) The ability to act under general supervision, act in a lead capacity and work independently on application assignments and on complex data processing problems as required by the Customer;

(b) the ability to configure complex design and detailed functional specifications;

(c) analyse data and situations, reason logically and creatively, identify problems, draw valid conclusions and develop effective solutions;

(d) apply creative thinking in the design and development;

(e) establish and maintain co-operative working relationships with those contacted in the course of the work;

(f) speak and write effectively in English and

(g) Aware of the ITSM processes and support services

(h) Experience of administration and upgrade of applications

(i) Essential Tools - Client PL/SQL, Tableau Server and Desktop 2018+, IBM Cognos 10+, Informatica PowerCenter 10+ (Workflow Designer, Monitor, Manager), , Client 11g+, SQL Server 2012+, BMC Control-M Workload Administrator 9+

(j) Other tools - Informatica EDC, TIBCO ESB, Alteryx 2018+ Server

(1.) To ensure knowledge up-gradation and work with new technologies so that the solution is current and meets quality standards and the client requirements.

(2.) To gather specifications and deliver solutions to the client organization based on understanding of a domain or technology.

(3.) To train and develop team so as to ensure that there is an adequate supply of trained Client in the said technology and delivery risks are mitigated.

C(4.) To architect, design and develop [through team] solution for product or sustenance delivery.
