Practical experience of working in an AGILE environment

· Experience in performing business data analysis including transactional and reference data (accounts, Legal Entity, Currency, Clients, etc)

· Creation of physical and logical models including data navigation skills

· Research and create documentation on data dependencies and integration points between target platforms.

· Technical specifications development using traceability matrix, data dictionaries and user stories.

· Assisting with the designing and development of upfront test cases using JIRA.

· Demonstrated problem solving skills and ability to develop solutions to complex analytical/data-driven problems

· Knowledge of SQL basics.

· Working with relational data models and Exadata

· Excellent Business analysis/Functional analysis skills.

· Excellent communication skills both written and verbal, including ability to communicate across all levels

· Ability to manage own day to day workload, and ensure delivery to required deadlines

· Risk, issue, and dependency management skills, inclusive of proactive mitigation strategies

Desirable:

· Knowledge of Client database

· Knowledge of Magic Draw

· Knowledge of PL/SQL

· Exposure to Banking Settlement and Payment, swift messaging for example.

· A flexible approach to hot desking.

· Ability to read and debug java code.
